Writer’s Quote Wednesday, 10/28/2015.

Alright, so the Halloween quote. For this one, I decided on no less than the father of modern horror. born August 20, 1890, success as a writer eluded him his entire life. He lived by means of a meager inheritance until his death by intestinal cancer on March 15th, 1937. This is a timely quote because this author was influenced by the works of my writer last week, Edgar Allen Poe.

He also spawned an entire horror literature movement all his own when the public finally caught on to his existence, and served as a major influence to me. Ladies and Gentlemen, I present to you, the one, the only, Howard Philips Lovecraft:
